Hi, I’m Diamantino. Most people here call me Tino.

Leadership as a Verb is where I write about shared leadership, systemic thinking, and what happens to a person’s sense of worth when the thing they built a career on stops being scarce. The readers here are CTOs, engineering managers, senior tech leads, and senior ICs who want to lead people again and utilise technology efficiently.

Outside the newsletter, I still do the work. Twenty five years in engineering, mentoring leaders, building teams, writing code when the moment calls for it.
