I really resonate with the idea that identity is built through the choices we make, rather than something we eventually “find.” I see this a lot with career transitions too. Sometimes you only learn what fits by trying things, paying attention, and adjusting along the way. Your point about constraints really resonated with me too. Framing it as engineering instead of finding changes the whole approach. One is passive, the other isn’t.
It’s the actions with purpose that make us moving forward.
